Are prices displayed inclusive of GST?
All prices displayed are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST. We will provide with a Tax Invoice with Mani Sports & Fitness Australia A.B.N number printed with your delivery stating the amount of GST included in the total value of the order. Your credit card will be charged in Australian dollars. What if I forget/ want to reset my password?
Because forgotten passwords are common in the world of the Web, we at Mani Sports & Fitness have taken every precaution possible to protect your personal information. We employ the highest online security standards available to ensure that your information remains private. If you've forgotten your password, click on forgotten password and enter your email address. Can I get my order delivered to an address outside of Australia?
Yes. We do offer delivery outside of Australia. If you wish to place an order for delivery of an item outside of Australia please note there might be additional delivery charges on the orders, which would have to be added to the order. You might also contact us at +61-3-9689 6006 by phone or e-mail to confirm your delivery charges and you would be required to make a transfer of the money to Mani Sports & Fitness Australia by PayPal for additional charges.
Note: Due the some products size and weight e.g.: Punching Bags or stands depending on country and customs requirement we might not be able to deliver.
What if I want to add/delete or cancel my order?
If you want to add/delete or cancel your order, please contact us directly on +61-3-9689 6006 with your account details and order No. Your order MUST be cancelled BEFORE the product has been dispatched. Once the product is dispatched the order cannot be amended, you will need to do a product return which may involve a 10% re-stocking fee.
Note: In customer account page your delivery status is not an auto-update so can take 24-48hr before the status might be updated.
What if an item I order is unavailable?
We will use the telephone or e-mail details you have provided to contact you to arrange a suitable alternative product. If you are not contactable we will use our discretion and send you the items which are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item(s) or refund you accordingly. You will not be charged for items not shipped.
Can I return/exchange a product that I ordered or opened already?
Yes we will be happy to exchange, if the product is in original packaging and you have the Tax invoice or Delivery Docket you can return within 14 days. If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we cannot refund you for opened products.
How to arrange the return of items purchased online by mail?
Fill out the Reason for Return section on the back of your invoice. Then box the item securely and enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories. You have 14 days to make up your mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it and we will gladly refund, exchange, or credit (less the original shipping and handling charges). Mani Sports & Fitness Australia gives you the option to save products in your shopping cart for future viewing.
